Then why should your workout be? Through static and
dynamic assessment we tailor the workout module to suit
your needs.
A STABLE FOUNDATION - Our bodies were deigned to
bear loads. There is no reason we should not be able to.
However, there is a lot of work to be done before one
starts to add resistance. We go through the flexibility and
mobility directory and pick the suitable moves to stabilise
your kinetic chain. This helps you achieve your strength
goals without any setbacks.
PAIN-FREE LIVING - 'Only a wise man can decide when
not to act'. There are somethings that SHOULD NOT be
done. We identify these contra-indicated movements and
eradicate them from your routine. We will not be macho
about pain. What we bear, will only make us stronger.
What can you expect to get from the program?
No-one has hours and hours to work out everyday. You need to be smart about your training. To be able to use your time to its full capacity.
Every NEIKI workout includes strength training, core strength, cardio-respiratory training, flexibility training and mobilisation of joints, spine alignment, posture correction, balance training and a recovery module.

Choose From One Of The Following Three Plans
Plan 1: NEIKI Nourish
( Nutrition Plan )
Personalised Nutrition Guidance & Lifestyle Adaptations
NEIKI Nourish is a program focusing on what you do , what you consume and your daily routine. It lays down a process through which the recommendations can be adapted GRADUALLY.
We understand that small changes can be difficult to cope with. At no point do we want you to feel burdened or overwhelmed by the task. We follow a step by step approach to get to your fitness goals.
Its not fun and simply not realistic for most of us to keep counting the calories every time we put something in our mouth. Hence through simple solutions we build a easy and sustainable step-by-step plan, just for you.
We will work closely with you to ensure implementation and tracking of your program and make sure you don’t fall of the grid. And even if you do, we will get you right back on.
Some key elements of the program will be to build a fitness program for you including meal suggestions, macro-nutrient portion options, workout suggestions and relaxation techniques. We will re-look at the program for any tweaking every fortnight to suit your new and current state. We will chat once a week for updates and tracking which takes approximately 45 minutes.

It takes us 4 to 5 days to build a program after the necessary requirements are met. We tie-up for a month to start with. Post the first month, we tie up for three months at one time.
Plan 2: NEIKI Way
( Customised One-on-One Personal Training )
NEIKI Way is the holistic program, where we can maximise our expertise to get you to your goal. This plan has all the benefits of plan 1 & plan 2 including a personalised program design with lifestyle recommendations and nutrition guidance and one-on- one workout sessions suited just to your needs.
You can look forward to achieving your fitness goal in a planned systematic manner. This will put you on the top of the fitness pyramid. This is where you will progress the fastest.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate level or an advanced fitness guru, NEIKI Way will suit your needs best. We want to break the cycle of you hurting yourself the moment you progress.
We will work on enhancing the speed of your progress through recovery modules. Our aim is to lead a pain-free life. In time, you will get to know the right technique to execute all movements (exercises). NEIKI Way will make you understand how to work within your limits and still get stronger every day.
You will learn how to protect yourself on the floor. Its time to take control of who you want to be.
In NEIKI Way, we build your program and track it for two weeks. In addition you get 4 individual workout sessions with us one-one. This is the trial pack.
Going further, we work on a quarterly basis of constant tracking and 2 or 3 sessions a week depending on your goal. For maintenance, a minimum of 2 sessions a week and for improvement, 3 sessions a week are recommended. These are individual one-on-one sessions and need to be booked in sets of 8 or 12 for a month. A three month block of 24 or 36 sessions will need to be purchased together.
The 4 trial sessions will focus on complete physical assessment and establish where you land on the fitness pyramid and what stage of training should we undertake for you. We will form and follow a personalised workout schedule and show you the path that lies ahead. More importantly, we can gauge if we like working with each other.
Plan 3: S&C EDUCATION FOR PROFESSIONALS
( Learn How to Train Others)
There are a plethora of globally renowned certifications available out there. Some of them with unbeatable research and resources. Then why did we feel the need for this program to exist?
Primarily there were two reasons. One, many a times, we got calls from people wanting to chart out their careers in the field of fitness. A few conversations on the phone and in person did give some direction but it was random. There was a clear need to impart this knowledge in a systematic manner.
Two, I have a certification in personal training. I self-studied and cleared the examination. However, had I not invested in the physical training part of my training, I would not have felt as confident about my skill. Plus I had questions all along the way. I had an amazing mentor who ensured that I was always pushed to my limit.
You can come out of certification, being certified or you can come out of it being a coach.
Hence S&C Education for Professionals exists. It includes 6 no.s one-on-one classes of 30 mins each covering the of the main concepts of strength and conditioning, 6 no.s practical training classes of 1 hour each on learning the main movements, program designing and additional reading lists to enhance your education. Cancellation & Refunds
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a session. In the absence of any information or delayed notice, the session will be counted. Every month, one emergency cancelation can be accommodated. All off days will be communicated 48 hours in advance at least.
Where to Train
In the current situation we do everything online.

When you get a coach, there is a lot more that comes into play that just exercises, cuing and motivation. Amongst other things, you discover three dimensional movement patterns, functional movements for efficiency in day to day life and a safe way to move.
But above all, most importantly, you lay your trust in somebody. That is and always will be the biggest challenge to overcome. And we, at NEIKI, will fight to keep it. Every moment. Every day.
